KUNSTtransit „Kabinett“ is a small showroom situated in an idyllic garden house at Marie-Alexandra-Str.17 (not far from Albtalbahnhof and main station), Beiertheim Karlsruhe. Quickly alternating topic-based graphic-exhibitions and one man/woman - exhibitions will be shown. Very old prints, such of the Classical Modernism and brand new contemporary works will be presented correspondingly.
With this we have created a new and locally settled artistic field for experiments which allows classical as well as conceptual forms of exhibitions. Not any more that much publicly visible exposed as we had been in shops over the last 3 years, it will be possible to work more concentrated and also more personally and intimately in the way to approach and interpret artistic positions. We are happy that we can continue the KUNSTtransit tradition of artistic experiments and of the idea of net-works and look forward to each interested person. KUNSTtransit „Kabinett“ ist eine kleine Ausstellungsfläche in einem idyllischen Gartenhaus in der Marie-Alexandra-Straße 17 in Karlsruhe Beiertheim. In schnellem Wechsel werden dort thematische Grafikausstellungen und Einzelausstellungen gezeigt. Sehr alte Grafiken, solche der klassischen Moderne als auch brandneue Gegenwarts-Arbeiten werden hier korrespondierend präsentiert.
Wir haben uns damit ein neues und lokal angesiedeltes künstlerisches Experimentierfeld geschaffen, das sowohl klassische aber auch konzeptuelle Ausstellungsformen zulässt. Nicht mehr ganz so auf dem Präsentierteller eines Ladengeschäftes, wie es in den ersten drei Jahren der Fall war, lassen sich an diesem Ort konzentrierter und auch intimere und persönlichere künstlerische Herangehensweisen und Interpretationen zeigen. Wir sind froh darüber, vor allem das künstlerische Experiment als auch den Netzwerk-Gedanken von KUNSTtransit auf diese Weise weiter pflegen zu können und freuen uns über jeden Interessenten, auch außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten.
